Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

jalapeno-ranch-dipThis recipe has turned in to one of those recipes I make over and over and over again because my husband and I love it so much. We eat it with everything we can get our hands on, and it’s usually gone in a couple days.

Never fear! This dressing isn’t straight spice. What gives this dressing it’s “wow” factor is the cilantro, which adds a fresh herbiness. Not only do you get the always loved ranch taste, the cilantro add an entire different dimension to the taste, and the jalapeno makes this ranch dressing out of this world. I love that you can adjust the dressing’s heat. Jalapenos get their spicy kick from their seeds, so all you have to do is remove the seeds if you don’t want any spice! Or, keep them all in there, if you are daring.
