Warm Taco Corn Dip

I asked, you answered! On Facebook (like my page, please!) I asked for ideas for a hot/ warm corn dip. I got a couple helpful responses and I finally put together a warm corn dip! Now, I do have to let you know, the flavor of this warm corn dip is not like my world famous cold corn dip recipe. However, it is just as incredible. I want to make another warm corn dip recipe, leave your thoughts in the comments!

Ingredients
2 15oz cans sweet corn
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 block(8oz) cream cheese
1 red pepper, de-stemmed, de-seeded, and finely chopped
1 packet taco seasoning

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything in a bowl. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish.

2. Bake for 10 minutes, stir. Bake for 10 more minutes, or until bubbly. Serve!

      That’s a great question! I can only speculate, but I suppose you could put all the ingredients in a crock pot on high for a hour or more. If you try it, let us know what you did!
